Omtale av gruppen i Chania Post

Nå har gruppen og den jobben vi gjør blitt omtalt i Chania Post og tidligere i dag ble Emilie Marie på restauranten "Emily´s" kontaktet av Chania TV for å gjere et intervju om gruppen.
Det er viktig å spre ut til alle krinker og kroker hva vi gjer og hva vi får til, for da er det lettere å få donasjonene som trengs.

“Crete needs our help”… that’s the name of a Facebook Group, created by Norwegians who come for vacation on Crete and know the difficult economic situation of our country.
charlotte-brondum-finnesandMore than 1,000 people are already members of the group and since last February they have already bought many things for the General Hospital of Chania, the Regional Clinic of Sfakia.
They have also delivered many clothes to  children of families in need who live in Chania.
In the Facebook web page, there are also numbers of bank accounts to make deposits.
Charlotte Brøndum Finnesand is a woman from Denmark, who lives in Norway, and she is the administrator of the group.
According to nrk.no (a newspaper on the web), a member of the group, named Alfhild Halland, came to Chania in September and brought 12 suitcases full of things for people in need, collected by Norwegians.
Mrs. Emilie Marie (from Norway), who lives in Platanias and owns a taverna, along with the co-owner of the taverna, Mr. Tassos Dourountakis, help people from Norway to get in touch with the local Authorities.
